|Recommended: YesBack for a 2nd time living here — When I was stationed at Hill for 10 years, I lived here while our home was being built and I absolutely LOVE the double master with connected garage. It made like with a toddler in the winter far easier and now a 15 yr old who isn’t fond of being cold. All winter we light a fore in the fireplace and relax together. It’s a great place to live Oh and they’ve been remodeled updated since 2007 when we lived here before lol all white countertop and cabinets, laminate wood flooring, carpet in the bed rooms. Overall, if you get the chance, MOVE HERE B
|Recommended: YesThe atmosphere here is more like home living than apartment living. — This is a great place to live. The grounds are kept up nicely. Maintenance is friendly and quick to help with any needs you may have. They're very dog friendly. We like the location which is out of the way but close to lots of places to eat and shopping. Overall it's been a great experience.

|Recommended: YesOverall Excellent with a few Finish Quality Issues — The staff is amazing, the grounds, and amenities are all exceptional. Layout of the buildinds and the floor plan is good.
The apartment itself could use some finish quality upgrades. Caulking around bathtubs is not done well and is peeling or discoloring in places. The bath shower valve trim is confusing and outdated. One of my bathtubs is stained blue and it doesn't come clean. The trim around the apartment is old-school with the caulking and paint job leaving something to be desired. The new finish on the counters is okay, but granite or quarts would be better and there are paint globs and speckles adhered to the counter finish as well as on the vinyl floors. The old wire shelves are grimy with years of not being cleaned.
I know that sounds like a lot of complaining, but I just wanted to provide clarity and details, overall I am very happy with the place.
My biggest complaint though would have to be the front entry to my apartment, you enter in a dark hall that has no light until you get around the corner. I would love to get an additional light added to the hall circuit above the entry way.

|Recommended: YesSo far love living here — It's amazing, it's basically like living on your own, you can't hear your neighbors through the walls. You can hear the barking outside, but come on tell me who doesn't love animals. They are super helpful and caring, they have helped with any issues I have had, in a timely and professional manner. 10 10 place to live, and I'm glad I can be apart of it.

|Recommended: YesIt's a great apartment to start off in — I have enjoyed my stay for the most part. The noise my neighbors make upstairs have made it difficult to live there. I had to complain to the front desk several times, call the cops and talk to the neighbors directly. I would reccomend living on the third floor
